Champagne Pierre Bertrand 1er Cru NV 75cl £36.00 / 37.5cl £20.00 / 125ml glass £8.50
Our beautiful house Champagne is from a small family ‘house’ in the village of Cumières in the Marne Valley. Like most of the wines from this area, the fruit in the bottle is predominantly Pinot. It has a wonderful deep copper/gold colour and juicy peachy fruit. Lovely texture and complexity. A fine wine and a great, great value offer indeed.
Champagne Le Mesnil Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru NV 75cl £55.00 / 37.5cl £30.00
An exceptional Grand Cru Village in the Côtes des Blancs. Fresh and bright, but also golden, toasty, nutty and rich. Deep, long and a real bargain.
Champagne Joseph Perrier Brut Rose NV Cuvée Royale 75cl £58.00 / 37.5cl £30.00
A pretty, pale, delicate, fresh and utterly delicious Rose. It showed better than some far bigger names in our selection tasting. Enjoy!

Champagne Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut NV 75cl £65.00 / 37.5cl £35.00
A classic Champagne and rightly so. Full bodied and powerful. Toasty, nutty and biscuity with citrus notes and a complex creamy mouthfeel. Excellent with fish, especially smoked.
Champagne Ruinart Blanc de Blancs NV 75cl £85.00 / 37.5cl £47.00
Ruinart’s flagship wine. It embodies the purity of the Chardonnay grapes from which it is made. These are primarily sourced from Premier Cru vineyards in the Côtes des Blancs and Montaigne de Reims. An absolute classic.
Champagne Krug Grande Cuvée NV £150.00 / 37.5cl £75.00
One of the finest. Aromas of fine brioche, coconut, crystalised fruits, roasted coffee and toasted hazlenuts. Decadent and fine. And like all offers here, very keenly priced. Go on and enjoy.
Our focused but varied offer of the wines from Champagne – ranging from an outstanding entry level ‘grower’ Champagne upwards. Always including a various mix of styles and vintages. is mix is a forever changing range that we shall constantly search for. All wines can be enjoyed as an aperitif but we feel they pair particularly well with Trinity’s menu.
We like drinking Champagne, especially in a restaurant environment, which is why we have offered them accordingly. We feel that our pricing offers exceptional value in the category.
